Yellow.ai is an enterprise conversational-AI company, founded in 2016 as Yellow Messenger, that offers voice, chat and email AI agents on its Nexus platform. Its voice agents, marketed as Nexus VOX, answer inbound calls, can run outbound phone campaigns, and transfer calls to live agents with context passed in SIP headers. Voice pricing is not published; Yellow.ai says pricing beyond its free tier is set after a sales consultation.

Yellow.ai’s docs say it does not provide standardized pricing for its features and tell buyers to contact its support team or a product expert for AI agent pricing. The terms of service say SMS/MMS carrier and aggregator fees are invoiced monthly in arrears. The model is recorded as custom because no voice unit or rate is stated.

The Voice AI Agents page says ‘over 135 languages’ and the Nexus VOX page says ‘500+ languages’. Yellow.ai’s docs say language support depends on the speech-to-text and text-to-speech engine chosen, and that automatic language detection (switching mid-call) is in beta. Spanish is not named on the pages reviewed.
