Who we are

AI Voice Agent Vendors (aivoiceagentvendors.com) is an independent directory of AI voice agent vendors. Contact us about privacy at contact@aivoiceagentvendors.com.

The website

The site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no advertising and no analytics or tracking scripts, and it doesn't set cookies. Searching and filtering happen in your browser. Our host, Vercel, processes technical request data, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to serve and protect the site.

Email

If you email us, we use your message and address to reply, and keep them only as long as the conversation needs.

The AI assistant connector

The connector lets AI assistants such as Muse, Claude and ChatGPT search this directory. The assistant you use handles your conversation under its own privacy policy. We receive only the request your assistant sends to one of our tools, such as the filters for a search.

For each request we log:

• the tool called, and which app sent it (taken from the connector URL or the app's user agent)
• the values of the tool's own parameters. Typed text, such as search words, is cut to 100 characters or less, with email addresses, phone numbers, web links and long numbers removed first. Parameters a tool doesn't use are recorded by name only
• how many results came back, the vendors returned (up to 10), how long it took and whether it succeeded

The connector doesn't ask for names or contact details, and we don't log IP addresses or the rest of your conversation. If a name or other detail is typed into a search, it's logged as part of the search words, after the removals above. Our code uses your IP address only in memory, for about a minute, to apply rate limits, and never writes it to our logs; Vercel's own request records, described above, include it. We use the log to see which tools and filters people use, which searches find nothing, and which vendors are requested, and we may share counts by vendor (for example, how many times a vendor's demo link was requested) without anything that identifies a person.

Logs are processed and stored by Vercel, our host, and we may also keep them in a database hosted by Supabase. We keep connector logs for up to 24 months, then delete them. Because they contain no identifiers, we can't find or delete one person's requests.

Demo requests

The connector can also pass a demo request to a vendor, but this is switched off. If we turn it on for a vendor, your assistant is told to show you what will be shared and a consent statement, and to send the request only after you agree. The request records your name, email and any phone number, company or note you choose to give, along with that statement and when you agreed. We would send those details only to that vendor, and delete our copy within 12 months or sooner if you ask. We'll update this page before turning it on.

Links to vendors

Links from this site and the connector go to vendors' own websites. Connector links carry a tag naming the app the visit came from (for example utm_source=claude). Vendor sites have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

Email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. We'll answer within 30 days. If you're in a place with privacy laws such as the GDPR or California's CCPA, you have the rights those laws give, and we don't sell or share personal information for advertising.

Security

We keep the data we hold to a minimum and limit who can read it. If a security incident affects data the connector handles, we'll tell the affected platforms and people as quickly as the law and our platform agreements require.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and its date. See also our terms.
