How we verify
Each fact on this site comes from the vendor's own published pages or an official government source, and links back to it.
Where facts come from
Vendor facts come from the vendor's own pricing page, product pages, documentation, help center, security or trust page, partner page, or press releases. We don't use review sites, competitor blogs or roundups as a source of record. Federal rules come from the FCC, the FTC, the Federal Register and the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations. State statutes come from state legislature websites where our tools can read them; otherwise from Justia's copy of the state code or, for a few states, the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press's state recording guide. Each state page says which source it uses.
What “unconfirmed” means
When a vendor's public pages don't say whether it offers something, such as a HIPAA business associate agreement or a ServiceTitan integration, we mark it “unconfirmed” rather than guess. It doesn't mean the vendor lacks it. A vendor can send us a link to a public page that settles it.
HIPAA BAAs
We mark “signs a HIPAA BAA” only when the vendor says it signs a business associate agreement. A page that calls a product “HIPAA compliant” without mentioning a BAA isn't enough.
Prices
Prices are copied from the vendor's pricing page in US dollars per month, with the date we checked. If a vendor only gives prices after a demo or form, we list it as quote only. The cost calculator uses only plans whose price, included usage and overage rate are all published.
How often we check
We re-check each vendor monthly and update the date on its listing. When a price changes, we record the change.
No ratings
We don't publish star ratings or scores. Listings are ordered alphabetically unless you choose a sort, such as lowest starting price.
Sponsorship and affiliate links
Some vendors may sponsor a listing; sponsored listings are labeled. Some links to vendor sites are affiliate links. Read the affiliate disclosure.
Corrections
Email contact@aivoiceagentvendors.com with the listing and a link to the public page that shows the correct information. We fix verified errors and update the checked date.
