The Zoom Phone version is priced from $0.25 per minute (billed annually) on top of a Zoom Phone plan; Zoom's phone pricing page lists US & CA Unlimited at $18/user/month ($16 billed annually) and bundles with Zoom Workplace at $24 and $29/user/month ($20.50 and $24.50 annually). Zoom's start guide says the Zoom Phone version needs a Zoom Phone or Zoom Contact Center license plus a Zoom Virtual Agent license, and a Zoom Scheduler license for booking. The July 9, 2026 press release gives the standalone annual price as $24.99/month; the pricing page shows $25.00, which this record uses. The pricing page mentions add-on minutes but its comparison table marks minute packs as unavailable for the standalone plan, and no overage rate is published.
