- The $39 add-on price requires a paid RingEX phone plan; RingCentral's RingEX page lists per-user plans starting at $20/user/month (billing basis not stated, and plan names and prices differ between RingCentral pages). The standalone version starts at $49/month with 100 minutes on the pricing page and in RingCentral's May 2026 press release, but its AIR Everywhere blog post, updated September 11, 2026, still says $59/month for 100 minutes. It connects to third-party phone systems by call forwarding or SIP. Call time is rounded up to the nearest 30 seconds. Prices are the U.S. 'starts at' figures.

RingCentral's AIR datasheet lists English (US, UK, Australian), Spanish and French (European and Canadian) with mid-call language switching. The AIR product page also names Italian, German and Portuguese, and a May 2026 RingCentral press release says AIR auto-detects and switches among 10 languages (only six are named).
