echowin is a self-serve platform from echowin Inc. for building AI phone and chat agents. A business writes plain-language instructions, adds a knowledge base and turns on built-in tools, and the agent can then answer inbound calls, book appointments, text callers, transfer calls and run outbound campaigns. Web chat, WhatsApp and a built-in CRM are part of the same platform. Building and testing are free. Live use is billed by the minute, at $0.20 pay as you go or in monthly bundles from $45 for 250 minutes, plus $10 a month per phone number, and agencies can resell it under grey-label or white-label tiers.

- Contract: The Terms of Service say fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable, and that customers can cancel at any time through the web portal. The vendor’s comparison pages say there is no subscription for pay-as-you-go use. Commitment tiers with volume discounts exist, but their terms were not found on the pages read.
- Bundles are prepaid, and their minutes reset each billing cycle without carrying over. The pricing page doesn’t state a rate for minutes beyond a bundle or whether bundles also pay the $10 phone number fee, which it lists under pay as you go. Volume contracts go as low as $0.12 per voice minute and $0.005 per chat, priced on request. The agency tiers are shown as limited-time offers, and the June 3, 2026 changelog also says they’re on a promotion. The vendor’s comparison pages describe transfers as 50% off. A ‘HIPAA compliance’ add-on is listed at $500/month.

The Language Support docs say 70+ languages, Spanish among them, and that callers can switch languages mid-call by saying the language name. The AI phone agent page gives different figures in different places (‘100+ languages’, ‘70+ languages’ and ‘30+ Languages’).

The medical industry page says ‘HIPAA-aware, BAA available’ and, under security, ‘Sign a BAA.’ It also lists ‘Encrypted calls, secure storage, access controls, and audit logging.’ The vendor calls the platform ‘HIPAA-aware’ rather than HIPAA compliant, and the pages read don’t say which plan the BAA requires. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy don’t mention HIPAA. The pricing page lists a ‘HIPAA compliance’ add-on at $500/month; it doesn’t say whether that add-on is what covers the BAA.
