Phonely is an AI phone agent that answers business calls, answers questions from a knowledge base built from the business’s website, books appointments, transfers calls and sends texts. On the Pro plan and above it also runs outbound calling campaigns. Agents are built in a no-code flow editor, and there is an API and web SDK for developers. Plans are monthly bundles of AI call minutes, starting with a free plan of 100 minutes a month; the Enterprise tier adds custom telephony and a HIPAA BAA.

Annual billing is offered at $33/month for Starter and $100/month for Pro (labeled ‘33% off’). Transferred calls on Starter and Pro can add ‘post-transfer’ minutes at $0.02/min while Phonely’s line stays open; the FAQ says SIP REFER transfers and Enterprise custom telephony avoid this charge. The pricing page contradicts itself: plan cards show 200 and 650 minutes for Starter and Pro, the comparison table shows 250 and 750, and Starter’s overage is $0.25/min in the monthly table but $0.35/min in the annual table. The FAQ describes Enterprise as for organizations with 1,000+ calls a month. No setup fee, contract term or cancellation terms are stated.

The voices feature page says Phonely supports ‘a little over 100 languages and accents’ and switches language automatically when it detects a caller speaking another one, with English and Spanish as its example. The pricing FAQ says ‘1,000+ voice options across 50+ languages’, and the product page says ‘100+ languages’. The docs say an agent’s Languages setting controls what it hears and says, and that available languages depend on the speech engine and voice selected. No full language list is published.

The pricing FAQ says Phonely supports HIPAA-compliant deployments, offers PII redaction and ‘can sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for Enterprise customers’. The FAQ also points customers with HIPAA needs to the Enterprise plan. A BAA is not described for Free, Starter or Pro.
