The AI answers inbound calls around the clock, captures caller details, checks a Google or Outlook calendar to book appointments, texts confirmations, and sends a summary and transcript of each call. Plans are a flat monthly fee per business, with either a capped or an unlimited number of AI-answered calls.

In-app plans (Android and Canada) are priced per seat at $29.99/month or $199.99/year, and Beside says the offer and currency shown at purchase may differ. Beside's help center also lists a legacy 'Business' plan at $49.99/month or $299.99/year. Trial texting is capped at 15 messages.
