ServiceTitan AI Voice Agent (also called AI Virtual Agent) is an AI phone agent for trades and home service companies that run on ServiceTitan. It answers overflow, after-hours and weekend calls, books, reschedules and cancels jobs against ServiceTitan capacity data, can send a payment link by text, and escalates to a live agent, a cell phone or an answering service. It works with ServiceTitan’s Basic Phones, Phones Pro or Contact Center Pro, or a third-party phone system, and is billed per call at rates that are not published. ServiceTitan’s help center describes it as in Early Access for specific accounts.

ServiceTitan AI Voice Agent charges per call as a usage fee, including calls that don’t book a job; the rate is set by contract and not published.
No prices are published for the voice agent, Contact Center Pro, Phones Pro or the base platform. ServiceTitan’s pricing page lists the Starter, Essentials and The Works packages with a ‘Request Pricing’ button and says pricing is per technician, and lists AI Virtual Agent only as a Pro product with no price. A ServiceTitan platform subscription is the base: the voice agent FAQ targets residential home services companies in the US and Canada on the Essentials + The Works packages with an active Basic Phones integration or Phones Pro; Contact Center Pro needs its own subscription and an Enterprise Hub account (free if you have one ServiceTitan account). Billing is by usage: all calls are billed whatever their outcome, test calls are billed, billing starts when the agent connects to a call, and promotions such as free calls are applied manually. Owners or Administrators buy through an online purchase flow; other staff contact their Pro Account Manager.
