It answers calls and texts, answers questions from the business’s Jobber account details, books visits using the business’s online booking settings, and turns messages into work requests or tasks. Urgent callers can be transferred, or the owner texted, when a keyword the business chose comes up. It is included in Jobber’s Plus plan and sold as a $29 monthly add-on to Core, Connect and Grow, with a conversation allowance and a per-conversation overage charge.

  • Contract: Monthly Jobber plans can be cancelled at any time; the 1-year monthly option has a 12-month minimum and annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable. The Receptionist add-on can be removed, with access until the end of the billing period and no refund
  • Receptionist needs a paid Jobber subscription and a Jobber dedicated phone number (US, Canada and UK); Jobber lists no separate price for the number. The starting price adds the Core plan’s $49 list price (1 user, billed monthly with no commitment) to the $29 add-on. Connect starts at $139, Grow at $199 (1 user each) and Plus at $499 (5 users) a month. Jobber’s pricing page also shows promotional rates for new customers and different rates for 1-year-commitment and annual-prepaid billing, including a ‘Save up to 40%’ offer that ends October 30, 2026; this listing uses the monthly, no-commitment list prices. Calls and text conversations both count as conversations; spam and no-interaction contacts do not count, and a text conversation stays open for up to 24 hours. At the limit an admin can continue with overage charges (billed on the next renewal invoice) or pause Receptionist. Add-ons cannot be bought during the free trial.
