Decagon's own pricing article describes two models: a flat fee per conversation, with lower rates at higher volume, or a higher flat fee per fully resolved conversation, where escalations are not charged. It says most customers choose per-conversation pricing. No dollar amounts are given, so the model is recorded as custom.
