Rosie's Terms of Service (Section 8(c)) say a subscriber that is a HIPAA covered entity must have a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement with Rosie. The same terms (Section 7(e)) say the service is not designed for sensitive data such as health information unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Rosie doesn't publish how to request a BAA.
