Trillet's voice page says 32 languages are supported. Its knowledge-base file names English, Arabic, Hindi, Romanian, Spanish and German (German marked as expanding) and recommends testing each voice and language combination before deployment.

The white-label pricing page lists a BAA as 'Available at no additional fee' on Agency and Enterprise and 'Not included' on Studio. Protected health information requires an executed BAA and an Order Form first. The health page states 'Business Associate Agreement (BAA) available'. Per Trillet's knowledge-base file, the $49 AI Receptionist and Studio plans have no BAA pathway. A per-agent HIPAA mode on all white-label plans turns off recording and storage, but it does not authorize PHI by itself.
