- ElevenLabs' agents pricing page lists ElevenLabs hosting at $0.08 per call minute (included and additional minutes), $0.003 per text message, and $0.16 per minute burst pricing, which applies when calls exceed the plan's concurrency limit (docs: 'Charged at 2x the standard rate'). LLM usage is not included; the pricing table says it is 'based on usage and varies by model'. Telephony is also not included and is listed as 'At cost' through the customer's provider. ElevenLabs' docs say silent periods are billed at 5% of the usual per-minute rate. Starter and Creator showed first-month promotional prices ($1 and $11) on the access date.

ElevenLabs gives different language counts: the agents product page says 90+ languages, the agents docs overview says 31 (voice table) and 70+ (TTS model), and the language docs say selecting 'All' configures 31 languages. A language-detection tool can switch to the caller's language. Spanish appears in a product-page analytics example and as an 'es' code in the docs, but no language list naming it was reviewed.
