Bolna's entry rate is $0.06 a minute with the lowest-priced speech recognition, AI model and voice; others cost more. Phone minutes are billed separately.

- Bolna’s pricing page says the per-minute rate starts at $0.06 (₹5.52), with speech-to-text, the LLM and text-to-speech included when the agent uses Bolna’s bundled (‘preferred’) models, and that telephony and the platform fee are added per minute. The pricing page does not state the platform fee; Bolna’s docs FAQ lists ‘Call pricing: $0.02/min platform fee (plus provider charges)’. Choosing a model outside the preferred list bills that component separately at usage-based rates, and components run on the customer’s own API keys are not charged by Bolna. Larger credit top-ups lower the rate to about 4.5¢ per minute. Pilot bundles revert to standard pricing once their minutes are used. Numbers bought through Bolna (US via Twilio; India via Plivo or Vobiz) cost $5 per month each, and telephony is billed by call duration rounded to minutes. Paid accounts get 10 concurrent calls by default.
