Aircall says it works with or without an Aircall phone system, so no Aircall phone plan is required. It is billed per minute, with a free monthly allowance, pay-as-you-go and prepaid bundles.

Aircall’s seat plans are shown on its pricing page as Essentials at $30 and Professional at $50 per license per month (3-user minimum, with a ‘save 25% by paying annually’ toggle), and Essentials and Professional include 50 AI Voice Agent minutes per month. Per-minute pricing covers the language model, voice and telephony. Pay-as-you-go is tiered: $0.49 per minute up to 2,500 minutes, then $0.39 per minute above 2,500. Prepaid bundles are $175 for 500 minutes and $725 for 2,500 minutes per month, and 10,000 or more minutes are quoted, with custom rates ‘starting from $0.19/minute’ per the pricing FAQ. No overage rate is published for the bundles. Aircall’s main pricing page also shows a standalone AI Voice Agents card at ‘$100 per month minimum’, which does not match the $0 Try plan and ‘no minimum usage’ on the AI Voice Agent page; the two pages are not reconciled. The help center overview lists 25 generally available languages (including English, Spanish, French, German, Hebrew and Greek) and 11 in beta (including Mandarin, Japanese, Korean and Hindi). Calls in Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian do not produce transcripts, summaries or coaching insights.
