Yelp Host
Yelp Host is an AI phone agent for restaurants, sold through Yelp for Business. It answers calls on a dedicated number, handles reservations, waitlist requests, takeout orders and common questions, texts guests menu and payment links, and transfers callers to a designated number. It connects to Yelp Guest Manager and OpenTable for reservations and, through Stream, to POS systems. Yelp lists it at $249 a month (Basic, with call limits) and $399 a month (Plus, unlimited calls), with no commission on takeout orders.

Yelp Host charges a flat monthly fee: $249 on Basic (with call limits) or $399 on Plus (unlimited calls).

No paid base subscription is required: a claimed Yelp business listing makes a restaurant eligible, and Yelp Guest Manager is optional. Guest Manager customers get a lower Host price ($199 a month per Yelp’s July 28, 2026 release) and automated waitlisting. The pricing page says to bundle Host and Guest Manager to save but gives no amount, and lists no annual Host pricing. Earlier figures, now superseded: Yelp’s October 2025 launch announcement and a same-month Yelp article gave $149 a month ($99 for Guest Manager customers; the article adds 500 calls a month).

Yelp’s Host page says it speaks nearly any language with automatic detection. Yelp’s July 2026 article says 16 languages were added since launch and names 15: Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Hindi, Polish, Russian, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch and Turkish.
