UK call-answering company Moneypenny acquired it in March 2020, and in March 2025 said its US brands, VoiceNation included, would operate under the Moneypenny name. voicenation.com now redirects to Moneypenny’s US site, where live answering is sold in monthly minute bundles starting at $165 for 50 minutes. No VoiceNation-branded AI product or plans are published; Moneypenny’s AI receptionist has its own listing.

VoiceNation no longer publishes plans under its own name: voicenation.com/pricing redirects to Moneypenny’s US pricing page, where live answering (‘People Answering’) was listed on 2026-10-15 at $165/month for 50 minutes, $265 for 100, $422 for 200 and $985 for 500, with no contract and 30 days’ notice to cancel.
