Regal is a customer communication platform built around AI agents for phone, SMS, chat and in-browser voice, sold alongside a dialer and agent desktop for human teams. Its phone agents take inbound calls and run outbound campaigns triggered from customer data, are built in a no-code builder and tested with simulations, and can transfer calls to human agents. Regal markets to enterprise B2C teams in insurance, lending, banking, healthcare, local services, education and legal services, and quotes pricing per customer rather than publishing it.
Regal pricing
Quote only. Regal’s pricing request page says its pricing depends on the customer’s team setup and that a custom quote is built from the form. Its FAQ says customers pay for the features they use, and that pricing is discounted as they commit to higher spend and longer contracts. No prices, per-minute rates or plan names are published.

Regal’s page on AI voice agents for healthcare and insurance contact centers says Regal ‘supports HIPAA-compliant deployments and signs Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)’. Its product, enterprise, security and Medicare pages say only that Regal is HIPAA compliant and do not mention a BAA. The security and developer docs pages say nothing more about PHI handling; a Regal blog post describes pulling PHI mid-call through custom actions rather than preloading it.
“Unconfirmed” means Regal's public pages don't say either way. Rules for AI phone calls
