AI Receptionist is bundled in the 'Phone System + AI Receptionist' and 'CX Complete' plans and is offered as an add-on to CX and Contact Center plans, so it requires a GoTo Connect phone plan. GoTo's AI Receptionist FAQ says buyers can choose pay-per-minute or a fixed-price plan that includes 3,000 minutes with overage charges, and that pricing varies by region.

GoTo's December 2025 product update says the AI Receptionist detects the caller's language and responds in English, French, Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese, with custom greetings in those languages. GoTo marketing pages and the March 2025 launch release claim '10+' or 'more than 10' languages, and an earlier GoTo FAQ said English only; the four named languages are the confirmed set.

GoTo publishes a Business Associate Addendum, but it applies to whatever 'Services' are in the customer's agreement and does not name GoTo Connect or AI Receptionist. GoTo's healthcare page says GoTo Connect encryption, audit trails and access controls 'support your HIPAA compliance' and separately promotes AI Receptionist for patient support, without saying the AI Receptionist is covered by a BAA.
