Air AI was an AI phone agent for sales and customer service calls, sold by Air AI Technologies, Inc. and charged by the minute. In August 2025 the FTC sued the company, five related companies and its owners in federal court in Arizona, alleging deceptive earnings, business-growth and refund-guarantee claims in the sale of coaching packages and reseller licenses. In March 2026 the FTC filed a proposed settlement that would ban them from marketing business opportunities, with an $18 million judgment largely suspended and $50,000 to be paid. The air.ai website now belongs to Air (formerly Govini), a defense software company, and does not offer the phone agent.
Air AI pricing
No current pricing: air.ai no longer offers the product. For reference only, an undated Air AI help-center article that still loads (support.air.ai) lists ‘$0.11/minute Outbound’, says Air is ‘pivoting to $0.11 per minute of output (which includes both dial time & talk time)’, lists inbound campaigns and calls via API and Roleplay at 0.32/minute, and says ‘Telephony costs will be billed separately per Twilios pricing’. The FTC complaint (¶48) also says the defendants ‘charge consumers by the minute for using the conversational AI technology’. Separately, the complaint (¶34) alleges the ‘Air AI Access Card’ (coaching and business software) sold for $15,000 to $30,000 and licensing for $25,000 to $100,000; these are FTC allegations.
