Voiceflow

Voice agent platforms, AI customer service agents

Voiceflow is a platform for building, testing and running AI agents for customer support across chat and voice channels, aimed at CX teams and at agencies that build agents for clients. Voice agents can answer inbound calls and place API-triggered outbound calls; outbound calls need a Twilio, Vonage or Telnyx number, because Voiceflow's own numbers don't support outbound calling. Usage is billed in credits on top of a plan fee.

Pricing

Voiceflow's pricing page lists no plan prices. It shows an 'Agencies & Partners' track (free trial, usage-based billing, multi-client workspaces, white-labeling) and a 'Businesses' track that requires a demo for pricing. The billing docs describe four plans (Free, Pro, Business, Enterprise) made up of a monthly plan fee, optional add-ons (editor seats, phone numbers, extra concurrency) and credit-based usage; plan prices are shown only in the dashboard. Voiceflow's credits pricing table lists 'Minutes on phone calls' at $0.05 per unit (self-serve), with speech-to-text billed separately per minute by provider (about $0.0024-$0.02/min) and text-to-speech per 1,000 characters by provider. LLM usage also consumes credits. The table does not state the dollar value of a credit or a separate carrier charge. Each workspace includes one Voiceflow phone number.

Voiceflow lists HIPAA among its compliance pages, but the HIPAA page does not say a BAA is signed; it asks customers to contact security@voiceflow.com to discuss 'the applicable BAA requirements' and eligible services.

“Unconfirmed” means Voiceflow's public pages don't say either way. Rules for AI phone calls
